Here I have finally installed turnbuckles on the blinds. This secures them quite well. We chose to use 4 auger anchors; one for each leg. You should make sure you get your parts with a large enough working load limit. Lightest working load in our system was the working load of 800 pounds for the cable. Everything else had a larger working load. It’s important to use working load and NOT breaking strength when choosing components.
