I have designed this elevated 8×8 deer stand so you can build it in one week. This is a straight forward project and really sturdy. The base is built from 6×6 posts and 2×4 braces. The deer stand has 2×4 walls and a sturdy roof structure.

  4. This is exactly what I'm going to build this spring / summer. I'm going to use elevator brackets for the corners. Would like to go 8ft off the ground.
    Plus a bed inside.
