My mom drew a great archery deer tag. I belive it is one of the best places to archery hunt mule deer in the state of Oregon. The deer hunt is during the peak rut in November.
She bought a bow last year and has been practicing whenever she could. I was able to convence her (didnt take much) this summer to get a archery elk tag and I would take her out during September. She hammered a spike bull (perfect shot) and even found a matching branch bull sheds while setting up trail cameras.
