Fabricating the Frame on the Mig Welded Deer Hunting Blind Build – 8×8 Deer Blind Ep. 1

We’ve built wood blinds in the past and deiced it was time to try something new.
We are parts of a forum where someone was reaching out for plans to build an 8×8 deer blind, well we took it a step further and said we would build them one so got to designing and realized wood would be extremely heavy to transport so decided to go with a square tubing hunting blind.
Our hopes is it will be sturdier and lighter to transport.
We got started by ordering 1-1/2 square tubing after drawing up our 8×8 deer blind plans,
after unloading we got to cutting and laying out the floor and the started with the uprights and finally the roof runners.
We are waiting for windows to come in so we can mock them up before finishing the walls and also had to go out of town for a couple weeks so stayed tuned for further videos.
