  1. If you got all those appliances for $8500 idk what to say, because that is one hell of a deal. Idk much about the fisher and paykel, but a sub zero fridge will alone cost you over 10k for a full size 36 inch wide model.

  2. Thank you for sharing the costs. Helped me to understand the wide gap between the working professional and the rich. Most Americans could never afford this build or the final product. Time to rethink our economics of this country. But, nice video and thank you for sharing.

  3. Hello! I'm curious how you went about financing the construction?

    The reason I ask this is that I'm a young ambitious yet niave architectural designer looking to build my dream home.

    I've been living in unconventional homes my whole life (warehouses) and dreamt of building my own urban barndominuim. The area is up in Ohio so insulation is a big concern for a nearly fully metal building around 2,000 sq ft.

    Besides buying the land, how should one start looking at options or information regarding funding?
