Are the windows double glazed?
Looks amazing!!
Does he mention what the square footage?
it's a huge waste of space, A real bad design, not worth the money
Trying to figure out his accent. Scandinavian?
If you got all those appliances for $8500 idk what to say, because that is one hell of a deal. Idk much about the fisher and paykel, but a sub zero fridge will alone cost you over 10k for a full size 36 inch wide model.
Wooww
Very nice. Love the home! Smart move on the windows.
10 minuts on aliexpress could have save you like 10k$
Appreciate all the info, it would be nice to get into the financing and profit the air bnb will return
Thank you for sharing the costs. Helped me to understand the wide gap between the working professional and the rich. Most Americans could never afford this build or the final product. Time to rethink our economics of this country. But, nice video and thank you for sharing.
Jeezuz talk about overpriced, that’s about 150k here in Texas if you know what you’re doing. It looks amazing though; great job
👌👌👍👍
$500,000! Nice build BUT $500,000!
what are the dimensions of the cabin
I love it.where can i get the plans for the A frame?
It doesn’t look as ‘high end’ as your making it seem….for the same price you could’ve got things that look fancier
I'll take it — but I need it located in the Mountains of NC. please and thank you😁
This looks amazing…I wonder if a steel structure can be possible with this because where I want to establish such is not wood friendly (termites)

How much would it be to pay someone to do this for a person on their own land?
💎💚💎
Absolutely beautiful home.

👍👍👍👍🌈🙋👍
Hello! I'm curious how you went about financing the construction?
The reason I ask this is that I'm a young ambitious yet niave architectural designer looking to build my dream home.
I've been living in unconventional homes my whole life (warehouses) and dreamt of building my own urban barndominuim. The area is up in Ohio so insulation is a big concern for a nearly fully metal building around 2,000 sq ft.
Besides buying the land, how should one start looking at options or information regarding funding?
High dollar insulation, but cheap windows that bleed energy, brilliant. REAL HIGH END
Man that’s BEAUTIFUL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WOW….lost fer werds……
Build you a house in McLean for that kind of money
cut all his numbers in less than half and thats the true price
Beautiful work
It is beautiful. I just wonder what your electric bill is in the winter. With an A frame like that heat rises so trying to keep the lower part warm is going to be expensive.
He got ripped off on his ac unit. But that’s an amazing home and property.
why no balcony on the little roofs?
