  1. Irresponsible parent if the child is scared of flying Get off the plane you should have known that beforehand making a scene on a plane is very dangerous you could well find yourself on the banned list for all airlines – the Cabin staff has rules you follow them or get kicked off they have the safety of the ALL of passengers at stake – hope you learned your lesson sonny

  2. Their promise should be the cops that you hire before you hire the cops to work in your Airport you abused a man there dude check who you're hiring before you cops they can that's going to cost you a lot of money for what they did she check up on who you're hiring

  3. Yeah you change it aren't you come when you need it to change because you know you're going to get a lawsuit but I don't know why the hell you tell that she didn't see the dog that girl told her that it was a dog in the day I was under her chair and then she told the cat be there and that's a bunch of bull BS

  4. THERES BARKING COMING FROM A BAG WTF DO YOU MEAN SHE DIDNT UNDERSTAND?????

Also MADE CHANGES TO THEIR POLICIES???? SINCE WHEN WAS IT IN THEIR POLICY ITS OKAY TO BEAT A HUMAN UP TO HAVE THEM VACATE A SEAT

  5. This is good that these events are exposed and proper people are confronted, and hopefully, solutions will resolve future problems.
But, I can't believe the flight attendant didn't know about the dog, that died. wasn't the dog moving and barking. Don't be intimidated, be firm but polite.

  6. I used to fly to Copenhagen for business often and United was the worst. I would get a beautiful A340 on SAS on the way to Denmark and get stuck on United back to the US and the experiences were nothing short of a nightmare. If SAS can do it why cantUnited?
